Fast Dispatch

  • Same-Day Dispatch: We know you want your items fast (we do too!). Orders placed before 3pm AWST on weekdays are dispatched the same day (for in-stock items).
  • Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse so you can follow its journey.
  • PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers: As we ship via Australia Post, we are more than happy to deliver to PO Boxes and 24/7 Parcel Lockers across Australia.

Delivery Timeframes

While we guarantee fast dispatch, the delivery windows below are provided by Australia Post as estimates only. These timeframes begin once your order has been fulfilled and handed to the courier. 

Shipping fees are calculated based on the final cart value after discounts. For example, if your cart is $65 and you have a 10% discount, your order value will fall below the free shipping threshold.

Authority to Leave & Liability

By default, all orders are sent with "Authority to Leave". This means Australia Post will leave your parcel in a safe place if you are not home. If there's no safe place to leave your parcel, they'll take it to the closest Australia Post branch for collection.

Please Note: Kkumi is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after they have been delivered by the courier.

If you do not have a safe place for parcels, we recommend choosing a "Signature Required" shipping option at checkout, or using a Free 24/7 Parcel Locker.

Out of Stock Items

While we strive to keep our inventory up to date, we are not perfect and we may occasionally experience stock-outs. If an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock:

  1. Held Orders: Your entire order will be held and shipped together once the out-of-stock item is back in stock. This may result in delays of up to two weeks.
  2. Refund: If you prefer not to wait, we can provide a refund for the unavailable item and ship the remainder of your order immediately. We will email you if this happens. If we don't hear back from you within 48 hours, we will automatically refund the out of stock item(s) and ship out the rest so you aren't kept waiting.

Dispatch Terms

  • Operating Hours: We are available and packing orders from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding WA Public Holidays).
  • Busy Periods: During high-volume sales or holiday periods, same-day dispatch may be temporarily suspended.
  • External Delays: Shipping may take additional time during extreme weather events or due to other various carrier-side delays.
