It depends! If you contact us before either order is packed, we'd be more than happy to combine them and refund the excess shipping cost.

Plus, if the combined total of your orders reaches our $50 free shipping threshold, we'll refund the shipping costs of both orders entirely!

Please check around your property or with neighbours first. If you didn't select "Signature on Delivery", Australia Post may have left it in a safe place, or if there was no safe place, taken it to a nearby AusPost Branch for collection.

If none of that turns it up, Contact Us with your order number and we'll lodge an investigation with Australia Post.

If you are concerned about parcel theft, we highly recommend selecting "Add Signature on Delivery" at checkout or using a free Australia Post 24/7 Parcel Locker.

With a lot of care!

Every order goes out in a secure box or padded mailer (or both!), with tissue paper wrapping, freebies, and a discount code for your next order. Fragile items get some extra padding so nothing arrives bent, scuffed, or broken.

We are also collectors and decorators, we know how much it sucks when your stickers arrive completely bent or your toploaders get scuffed up. We treat your order the same way we'd want ours treated.

You'll receive a tracking email once your order is dispatched. You can use the tracking number in the email to track your parcel with AusPost, or track your parcel from your Kkumi account.

Yes! Every Kkumi order, anywhere in the world, is covered by our Kkumi Guarantee.

If you change your mind, you can return an item within 14 days for either store credit or a refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return postage for a change-of-mind return is your responsibility.

The item may be opened, but must be unused and in original, resalable condition.

As part of our Kkumi Guarantee, we accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days for store credit or a refund.

For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, there is no expiry window.

We aim to assess and respond to return and damage claims within 5 business days of receiving your request.

If approved, refunds are processed immediately and your funds will generally be returned to the original payment method within 3-5 business days; where a claim results in a refund due to a product fault, the refund also includes the original shipping you paid.

For change-of-mind returns, this refund covers the cost of the item(s) only and excludes the original outbound shipping cost. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it.

We recommend keeping them out of direct sunlight, out of heat, and in PVC-free sleeves.

Sunlight is bad for your skin and bad for your cards. Even ambient light through your window can fade cards over a few months, but its when they're displayed near windows that they're most at risk.

For high-value cards that you really care about, the safest option is double-sleeved in a binder, toploader, or case that is kept away from direct light or heat.

Double-sleeving is using a smaller "inner" sleeve and then putting that inside a slightly larger "outer" sleeve.

Our products are designed for collectors and decorators of all ages, though some items (like our tweezers) should be kept out of reach of young children. If you have specific safety concerns about a product, get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

That doesn't mean we won't in the future, but it's not a priority for us right now.

Our stickers are designed to be residue-free, but may leave a small amount of residue on some surfaces. Any residue comes off easily with an alcohol-based cleaning spray and a microfibre cloth.
