How do I join the Kkumi Club?
Create an account on kkumi.com and you're in — that's it. Your welcome 100 points land in your account instantly, and you start earning on every order from that point on.
Do my points expire?
Points stick around as long as your account is active. Place an order, leave a review or redeem a reward at least once every 12 months and they'll never expire.
How do I redeem points at checkout?
Hit "Redeem" on any reward above. We'll generate a one-time discount code which you copy and paste at checkout. Codes don't stack with sale prices but they do stack with free shipping.
What counts as a referral?
Send your referral link to a friend. When they make their first order (over $20), you both get 100 points. Track your referrals in your account.
I placed an order — where are my points?
Order points land in your balance once the order ships from Perth (usually same day). If you can't see them after 48 hours, drop us a line via the contact page and we'll sort it.
